Unauth. Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in Jon Christopher CMS Tree Page View plugin <= 1.6.7 versions. The CMS Tree Page View plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'post_type' parameter in versions up to, and including, 1.6.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Note that this was partially patched in version 1.6.7 but some bypasses were possible until 1.6.8. • https://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/51507 http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/172730/WordPress-Tree-Page-View-1.6.7-Cross-Site-Scripting.html https://patchstack.com/database/vulnerability/cms-tree-page-view/wordpress-cms-tree-page-view-plugin-1-6-7-cross-site-scripting-xss-vulnerability?_s_id=cve • CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') •
