CVE-2020-14312
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-14312
A flaw was found in the default configuration of dnsmasq, as shipped with Fedora versions prior to 31 and in all versions Red Hat Enterprise Linux, where it listens on any interface and accepts queries from addresses outside of its local subnet. In particular, the option `local-service` is not enabled. Running dnsmasq in this manner may inadvertently make it an open resolver accessible from any address on the internet. This flaw allows an attacker to conduct a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) against other systems. • https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1851342 • CWE-284: Improper Access Control •
CVE-2011-2924
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2011-2924
foomatic-rip filter v4.0.12 and prior used insecurely creates temporary files for storage of PostScript data by rendering the data when the debug mode was enabled. • https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2011-2924 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=CVE-2011-2924 https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/foomatic-filters/4.0.12-1 https://lwn.net/Articles/459979 https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2011-2924 https://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2014/02/08/5/1 • CWE-59: Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') •
CVE-2011-2726
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2011-2726
An access bypass issue was found in Drupal 7.x before version 7.5. If a Drupal site has the ability to attach File upload fields to any entity type in the system or has the ability to point individual File upload fields to the private file directory in comments, and the parent node is denied access, non-privileged users can still download the file attached to the comment if they know or guess its direct URL. • http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2012/03/19/10 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2012/03/20/14 https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2011-2726 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=CVE-2011-2726 https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2011-2726 https://www.drupal.org/node/1231510 • CWE-863: Incorrect Authorization •
CVE-2019-9515 – Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a settings flood, potentially leading to a denial of service
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-9515
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a settings flood, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker sends a stream of SETTINGS frames to the peer. Since the RFC requires that the peer reply with one acknowledgement per SETTINGS frame, an empty SETTINGS frame is almost equivalent in behavior to a ping. Depending on how efficiently this data is queued, this can consume excess CPU, memory, or both. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00031.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00032.html http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2019/Aug/16 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2766 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2796 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2861 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2925 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2939 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2955 • CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling •
CVE-2019-9514 – Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a reset flood, potentially leading to a denial of service
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-9514
Some HTTP/2 implementations are vulnerable to a reset flood, potentially leading to a denial of service. The attacker opens a number of streams and sends an invalid request over each stream that should solicit a stream of RST_STREAM frames from the peer. Depending on how the peer queues the RST_STREAM frames, this can consume excess memory, CPU, or both. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00076.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00002.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00011.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00021.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00031.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00032.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09 • CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption CWE-770: Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling •
