When processing project files in Omron CX-Supervisor Versions 3.4.1.0 and prior and tampering with a specific byte, memory corruption may occur within a specific object.
Al procesar archivos de proyecto en Omron CX-Supervisor en versiones 3.4.1.0 y anteriores y falsificando un byte en concreto, podría ocurrir una corrupción de memoria en un objeto específico.
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on vulnerable installations of OMRON CX-Supervisor. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in a memory corruption condition. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process.
