Descriptions
Adobe Flash Player versions 29.0.0.171 and earlier have an Integer Overflow vulnerability. Successful exploitation could lead to information disclosure.
Adobe Flash Player en versiones 29.0.0.171 y anteriores tiene una vulnerabilidad de desbordamiento de enteros. Su explotación con éxito podría resultar en una divulgación de información.
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on vulnerable installations of Adobe Flash. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists in the handling of RTMP data. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in an integer overflow before reading from memory. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process.
The flash-plugin package contains a Mozilla Firefox compatible Adobe Flash Player web browser plug-in. This update upgrades Flash Player to version 30.0.0.113. Issues addressed include a code execution vulnerability.
