Ghostscript GhostPDL 9.50 through 9.53.3 has a use-after-free in sampled_data_sample (called from sampled_data_continue and interp).

USN-5224-1 fixed several vulnerabilities in Ghostscript. This update provides the corresponding update for Ubuntu 16.04 ESM. It was discovered that Ghostscript incorrectly handled certain PostScript files. If a user or automated system were tricked into processing a specially crafted file, a remote attacker could possibly use this issue to cause Ghostscript to crash, resulting in a denial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code.
