Descriptions

The Duplicate Page and Post WordPress plugin before 2.8 does not sanitise and escape its settings, allowing high privilege users such as admin to perform Cross-Site Scripting attacks even when the unfiltered_html capability is disallowed.

The Duplicate Page and Post plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the ‘Settings->Duplicate Post->Duplicate Post Suffix’ value in versions up to, and including, 2.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with administrative privileges to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
