The demon image annotation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 4.7. This is due to missing nonce validation in the ~/includes/settings.php file. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to modify the plugin's settings and inject malicious web scripts via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.

El complemento de anotación de imágenes demon para WordPress es vulnerable a Cross-Site Request Forgery en versiones hasta la 4.7 inclusive. Esto se debe a que falta la validación nonce en el archivo ~/includes/settings.php. Esto hace posible que atacantes no autenticados modifiquen la configuración del complemento e inyecten scripts web maliciosos a través de una solicitud falsificada, siempre que puedan engañar al administrador del sitio para que realice una acción como hacer clic en un enlace.
