Descriptions

Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability in JS Help Desk JS Help Desk – Best Help Desk & Support Plugin. This issue affects JS Help Desk – Best Help Desk & Support Plugin: from n/a through 2.7.1.

The JS Help Desk plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via an unknown parameter in versions up to, and including, 2.7.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
