The Cost Calculator WordPress plugin through 1.8 does not validate and escape some of its shortcode attributes before outputting them back in a page/post where the shortcode is embed, which could allow users with the contributor role and above to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.

The Cost Calculator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's nd_cost_calculator
shortcode in versions up to, and including, 1.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with contributor-level and above permissions to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
