Descriptions
The SupportCandy WordPress plugin before 3.1.7 does not properly sanitise and escape the `id` parameter for an Agent in the REST API before using it in an SQL statement, leading to an SQL Injection exploitable by users with a role as low as Subscriber.
The SupportCandy plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL injection via the 'id' parameter used in the /wp-json/supportcandy/v2/agents/ REST route in versions up to, and including, 3.1.6 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
