Memory safety bugs present in Firefox 113. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 114.
Multiple security issues were discovered in Firefox. If a user were tricked into opening a specially crafted website, an attacker could potentially exploit these to cause a denial of service, obtain sensitive information across domains, or execute arbitrary code. Jun Kokatsu discovered that Firefox did not properly validate site-isolated process for a document loaded from a data: URL that was the result of a redirect, leading to an open redirect attack. An attacker could possibly use this issue to perform phishing attacks.
