Multiple stack-based buffer overflow vulnerabilities exist in the FST LEB128 varint functionality of GTKWave 3.3.115. A specially crafted .fst file can lead to arbitrary code execution. A victim would need to open a malicious file to trigger these vulnerabilities.This vulnerability concerns the fstReaderVarint32 function.

Existen múltiples vulnerabilidades de desbordamiento de búfer en la región stack de la memoria en la funcionalidad variante FST LEB128 de GTKWave 3.3.115. Un archivo .fst especialmente manipulado puede provocar la ejecución de código arbitrario. Una víctima necesitaría abrir un archivo malicioso para activar estas vulnerabilidades. Esta vulnerabilidad afecta a la función fstReaderVarint32.
