The issue was addressed with improved memory handling. This issue is fixed in macOS Sonoma 14.1, macOS Monterey 12.7.1, macOS Ventura 13.6.1. Processing a file may lead to unexpected app termination or arbitrary code execution.

El problema se solucionó mejorando el manejo de la memoria. Este problema se solucionó en macOS Sonoma 14.1, macOS Monterey 12.7.1, macOS Ventura 13.6.1. El procesamiento de un archivo puede provocar la finalización inesperada de la aplicación o la ejecución de código arbitrario.

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of Apple macOS. Interaction with the Hydra framework is required to exploit this vulnerability but attack vectors may vary depending on the implementation.
The specific flaw exists within the Hydra framework. Crafted data in an ABC image can trigger a read past the end of an allocated buffer. An attacker can leverage this in conjunction with other vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process.
