Adobe Audition version 24.0 (and earlier) and 23.6.1 (and earlier) are affected by an Access of Uninitialized Pointer vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.

La explotación de este problema requiere la interacción del usuario, ya que la víctima debe abrir un archivo malicioso.

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Adobe Audition. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the parsing of MP4 files. The issue results from the lack of proper initialization of memory prior to accessing it. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process.
