The WordPress Ping Optimizer WordPress plugin through 2.35.1.3.0 does not have CSRF checks in some places, which could allow attackers to make logged in users perform unwanted actions via CSRF attacks such as clearing logs.

The WordPress Ping Optimizer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 2.35.1.3.0. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the wordpress-ping-optimizer/cbnet-ping-optimizer.php page. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to clear logs via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
