The Innovs HR WordPress plugin through 1.0.3.4 does not have CSRF checks in some places, which could allow attackers to make logged in users perform unwanted actions via CSRF attacks such as adding them as employees.

The Innovs HR – Complete Human Resource Management System for Your Business plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.3.4. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the innovs_hrm_ajax_request AJAX action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to perform unauthorized actions such as adding themselves as an employee via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
