The WP STAGING WordPress Backup Plugin WordPress plugin before 3.4.0, wp-staging-pro WordPress plugin before 5.4.0 does not sanitise and escape some of its settings, which could allow high privilege users such as admin to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks even when the unfiltered_html capability is disallowed (for example in multisite setup)

The WP Staging (Free <= 3.3.3, Pro <= 5.3.3) plugins for WordPress are vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via admin settings in various versions due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level permissions and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled.
