A maliciously crafted SLDPRT file, when parsed in ODXSW_DLL.dll through Autodesk applications, can be used to cause a Heap-based Overflow. A malicious actor can leverage this vulnerability to cause a crash, read sensitive data, or execute arbitrary code in the context of the current process.

Un archivo SLDPRT creado con fines malintencionados, cuando se analiza en ODXSW_DLL.dll a través de aplicaciones de Autodesk, se puede utilizar para provocar un desbordamiento basado en montón. Un actor malintencionado puede aprovechar esta vulnerabilidad para provocar un bloqueo, leer datos confidenciales o ejecutar código arbitrario en el contexto del proceso actual.

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Autodesk AutoCAD. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.
The specific flaw exists within the parsing of SLDPRT files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a fixed-length heap-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process.
