Descriptions
The Better Comments WordPress plugin before 1.5.6 does not sanitise and escape some of its settings, which could allow low privilege users such as Subscribers to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks.
The Better Comments plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'nickname' field in all versions up to, and including, 1.5.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
