It was discovered that a previous vulnerability was not completely fixed with SolarWinds Access Rights Manager. While some controls were implemented the researcher was able to bypass these and use a different method to exploit the vulnerability.

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of SolarWinds Access Rights Manager. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the createGlobalServerChannelInternal method. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in deserialization of untrusted data. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of SYSTEM.
