The Quotes and Tips by BestWebSoft WordPress plugin before 1.45 does not properly validate image files uploaded, allowing high privilege users such as admin to upload arbitrary files on the server even when they should not be allowed to (for example in multisite setup)

El complemento Quotes and Tips by BestWebSoft para WordPress anterior a la 1.45 no valida correctamente los archivos de imagen cargados, lo que permite a usuarios con privilegios elevados, como el administrador, cargar archivos arbitrarios en el servidor incluso cuando no se les debería permitir (por ejemplo, en una configuración multisitio).

The Quotes and Tips by BestWebSoft plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the save_options() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.44. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible.
