Descriptions

Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Creative Themes HQ Blocksy. This issue affects Blocksy: from n/a through 2.0.22.

Vulnerabilidad de Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) en Creative Themes HQ Blocksy. Este problema afecta a Blocksy: desde n/a hasta 2.0.22.

The Blocksy theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 2.0.22. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the wp_ajax_blocksy_notice_button_click ajax action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to dismiss notices via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. CVE-2024-37469 is likely a duplicate of this issue.
