The Base64 Encoder/Decoder WordPress plugin through 0.9.2 does not have CSRF check when updating its settings, and is missing sanitisation as well as escaping, which could allow attackers to make logged in admin add Stored XSS payloads via a CSRF attack

El complemento Base64 Encoder/Decoder de WordPress hasta la versión 0.9.2 no tiene verificación CSRF al actualizar su configuración, y le falta sanitización y escape, lo que podría permitir a los atacantes hacer que el administrador conectado agregue payloads XSS almacenado a través de un ataque CSRF.

The Base64 Encoder/Decoder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 0.9.2. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the base64-encoderdecoder page. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update the plugin's settings and inject malicious web scripts via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
