Descriptions

The Carousel Slider WordPress plugin before 2.2.11 does not sanitise and escape some parameters, which could allow users with a role as low as editor to perform Cross-Site Scripting attacks

The Carousel Slider plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the url view parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.10 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
