The 'WordPress RSS Aggregator' WordPress Plugin, versions < 4.23.9 are affected by a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to the lack of sanitization of the  'notice_id'  GET parameter.

The RSS Aggregator – RSS Import, News Feeds, Feed to Post, and Autoblogging plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'notice_id' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.23.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
