Descriptions
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: L2CAP: do not leave dangling sk pointer on error in l2cap_sock_create() bt_sock_alloc() allocates the sk object and attaches it to the provided
sock object. On error l2cap_sock_alloc() frees the sk object, but the
dangling pointer is still attached to the sock object, which may create
use-after-free in other code.

Ziming Zhang discovered that the DRM driver for VMware Virtual GPU did not properly handle certain error conditions, leading to a NULL pointer dereference. A local attacker could possibly trigger this vulnerability to cause a denial of service. Ye Zhang and Nicolas Wu discovered that the io_uring subsystem in the Linux kernel did not properly handle locking for rings with IOPOLL, leading to a double-free vulnerability. A local attacker could use this to cause a denial of service or possibly execute arbitrary code.
