Descriptions
Memory safety bugs present in Firefox 134 and Thunderbird 134. Some of these bugs showed evidence of memory corruption and we presume that with enough effort some of these could have been exploited to run arbitrary code. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 135 and Thunderbird < 135.
Multiple security issues were discovered in Firefox. If a user were tricked into opening a specially crafted website, an attacker could potentially exploit these to cause a denial of service, obtain sensitive information across domains, or execute arbitrary code. Ivan Fratric discovered that Firefox did not properly handle XSLT data, leading to a use-after-free vulnerability. An attacker could potentially exploit this issue to cause a denial of service, or execute arbitrary code.
