Descriptions
An unauthenticated adjacent attacker is able to configure a new OCPP backend, due to insecure defaults for the configuration interface.
This vulnerability allows network-adjacent attackers to bypass authentication on affected installations of Phoenix Contact CHARX SEC-3150 devices. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the implementation of the OCPP service. The issue results from the lack of authentication prior to allowing access to functionality. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to bypass authentication on the system.
