Descriptions

A flaw was found in the XFIXES extension. The XFixesSetClientDisconnectMode handler does not validate the request length, allowing a client to read unintended memory from previous requests.

This update for xorg-x11-server fixes the following issues. Out-of-bounds access in X Rendering extension (Animated cursors). Integer overflow in Big Requests Extension. Data leak in XFIXES Extension 6. Unprocessed client request via bytes to ignore. Integer overflow in X Record extension. Integer overflow in RandR extension.

*Credits: Red Hat would like to thank Julian Suleder and Nils Emmerich for reporting this issue.
