CVE-2023-20079 – Cisco IP Phone 6800, 7800, 7900, and 8800 Series Web UI Vulnerabilities
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2023-20079
Multiple vulnerabilities in the web-based management interface of certain Cisco IP Phones could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (DoS) condition. For more information about these vulnerabilities, see the Details section of this advisory. • https://sec.cloudapps.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-ip-phone-cmd-inj-KMFynVcP • CWE-121: Stack-based Buffer Overflow CWE-787: Out-of-bounds Write •
CVE-2023-20088 – Cisco Finesse Reverse Proxy VPN-less Access to Finesse Desktop Denial of Service Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2023-20088
A vulnerability in the nginx configurations that are provided as part of the VPN-less reverse proxy for Cisco Finesse could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to create a denial of service (DoS) condition for new and existing users who are connected through a load balancer. This vulnerability is due to improper IP address filtering by the reverse proxy. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a series of unauthenticated requests to the reverse proxy. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause all current traffic and subsequent requests to the reverse proxy through a load balancer to be dropped, resulting in a DoS condition. • https://sec.cloudapps.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-finesse-proxy-dos-vY5dQhrV • CWE-285: Improper Authorization •
CVE-2023-20012 – Cisco Nexus 9300-FX3 Series Fabric Extender for UCS Fabric Interconnects Authentication Bypass Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2023-20012
A vulnerability in the CLI console login authentication of Cisco Nexus 9300-FX3 Series Fabric Extender (FEX) when used in UCS Fabric Interconnect deployments could allow an unauthenticated attacker with physical access to bypass authentication. This vulnerability is due to the improper implementation of the password validation function. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by logging in to the console port on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass authentication and execute a limited set of commands local to the FEX, which could cause a device reboot and denial of service (DoS) condition. • https://sec.cloudapps.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-elyfex-dos-gfvcByx • CWE-287: Improper Authentication •
CVE-2023-20016 – Cisco FXOS Software and UCS Manager Software Configuration Backup Static Key Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2023-20016
A vulnerability in the backup configuration feature of Cisco UCS Manager Software and in the configuration export feature of Cisco FXOS Software could allow an unauthenticated attacker with access to a backup file to decrypt sensitive information stored in the full state and configuration backup files. This vulnerability is due to a weakness in the encryption method used for the backup function. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by leveraging a static key used for the backup configuration feature. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to decrypt sensitive information that is stored in full state and configuration backup files, such as local user credentials, authentication server passwords, Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) community names, and other credentials. • https://sec.cloudapps.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-ucsm-bkpsky-H8FCQgsA • CWE-321: Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key CWE-330: Use of Insufficiently Random Values •
CVE-2023-20050 – Cisco NX-OS Software CLI Command Injection Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2023-20050
A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco NX-OS Software could allow an authenticated, local attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system of an affected device. This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of arguments that are passed to specific CLI commands. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by including crafted input as the argument of an affected command. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system with the privileges of the currently logged-in user. • https://sec.cloudapps.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-nxos-cli-cmdinject-euQVK9u • CWE-78: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') •
