The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023. Unless the Loki authToken configuration is set to FORWARD mode, authentication is no longer enforced, allowing any user who can connect to the OpenShift Console in an OpenShift cluster to retrieve flows without authentication.
