CVE-2018-7750 – Paramiko 2.4.1 - Authentication Bypass
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2018-7750
transport.py in the SSH server implementation of Paramiko before 1.17.6, 1.18.x before 1.18.5, 2.0.x before 2.0.8, 2.1.x before 2.1.5, 2.2.x before 2.2.3, 2.3.x before 2.3.2, and 2.4.x before 2.4.1 does not properly check whether authentication is completed before processing other requests, as demonstrated by channel-open. It was found that when acting as an SSH server, paramiko did not properly check whether authentication is completed before processing other requests. A customized SSH client could use this to bypass authentication when accessing any resources controlled by paramiko. • https://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/45712 https://github.com/jm33-m0/CVE-2018-7750 http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/103713 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:0591 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:0646 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:1124 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:1125 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:1213 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:1274 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:1328 https: • CWE-287: Improper Authentication •
CVE-2018-5968 – jackson-databind: unsafe deserialization due to incomplete blacklist (incomplete fix for CVE-2017-7525 and CVE-2017-17485)
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2018-5968
FasterXML jackson-databind through 2.8.11 and 2.9.x through 2.9.3 allows unauthenticated remote code execution because of an incomplete fix for the CVE-2017-7525 and CVE-2017-17485 deserialization flaws. This is exploitable via two different gadgets that bypass a blacklist. A deserialization flaw was discovered in the jackson-databind that could allow an unauthenticated user to perform code execution by sending the maliciously crafted input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper. • https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:0478 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:0479 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:0480 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:0481 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2018:1525 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:2858 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:3149 https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-databind/issues/1899 https://security.netapp.com/advisory/ntap-20180423-0002 https://support.hpe.com/h • CWE-184: Incomplete List of Disallowed Inputs CWE-502: Deserialization of Untrusted Data •
CVE-2017-15095 – jackson-databind: Unsafe deserialization due to incomplete black list (incomplete fix for CVE-2017-7525)
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2017-15095
A deserialization flaw was discovered in the jackson-databind in versions before 2.8.10 and 2.9.1, which could allow an unauthenticated user to perform code execution by sending the maliciously crafted input to the readValue method of the ObjectMapper. This issue extends the previous flaw CVE-2017-7525 by blacklisting more classes that could be used maliciously. CVE-2017-9214 – openvswitch: Integer underflow in the ofputil_pull_queue_get_config_reply10 function
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2017-9214
In Open vSwitch (OvS) 2.7.0, while parsing an OFPT_QUEUE_GET_CONFIG_REPLY type OFP 1.0 message, there is a buffer over-read that is caused by an unsigned integer underflow in the function `ofputil_pull_queue_get_config_reply10` in `lib/ofp-util.c`. En Open vSwitch (OvS) versión 2.7.0, mientras analiza un mensaje OFPT_QUEUE_GET_CONFIG_REPLY tipo OFP versión 1.0, se presenta una lectura excesiva búfer causada por un desbordamiento de enteros sin signo en la función “ofputil_pull_queue_get_config_reply10” en la biblioteca “lib/ofp-util.c”. An unsigned integer wrap around that led to a buffer over-read was found when parsing OFPT_QUEUE_GET_CONFIG_REPLY messages in Open vSwitch (OvS). An attacker could use this issue to cause a remote denial of service attack. • https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2418 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2553 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2648 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2665 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2692 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2698 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2017:2727 https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2021/02/msg00032.html https://mail.openvswitch.org/pipermail/ovs-dev/2017-May/332711.html https • CWE-190: Integer Overflow or Wraparound CWE-191: Integer Underflow (Wrap or Wraparound) •
