Symphony process is a module for the Symphony PHP framework which executes commands in sub-processes. On Windows, when an executable file named `cmd.exe` is located in the current working directory it will be called by the `Process` class when preparing command arguments, leading to possible hijacking. This issue has been addressed in release versions 5.4.46, 6.4.14, and 7.1.7. Users are advised to upgrade. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. • https://github.com/symfony/symfony/security/advisories/GHSA-qq5c-677p-737q • CWE-77: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in a Command ('Command Injection') •

Symfony is a PHP framework for web and console applications and a set of reusable PHP components. Starting in version 6.0.0 and prior to version 6.3.8, the error message in `WebhookController` returns unescaped user-submitted input. As of version 6.3.8, `WebhookController` now doesn't return any user-submitted input in its response. Starting in versions 2.0.0, 5.0.0, and 6.0.0 and prior to versions 4.4.51, 5.4.31, and 6.3.8, some Twig filters in CodeExtension use `is_safe=html` but don't actually ensure their input is safe. As of versions 4.4.51, 5.4.31, and 6.3.8, Symfony now escapes the output of the affected filters. Symfony is a PHP framework for web and console applications and a set of reusable PHP components. Starting in versions 5.4.21 and 6.2.7 and prior to versions 5.4.31 and 6.3.8, `SessionStrategyListener` does not migrate the session after every successful login. It does so only in case the logged in user changes by means of checking the user identifier. In some use cases, the user identifier doesn't change between the verification phase and the successful login, while the token itself changes from one type (partially-authenticated) to another (fully-authenticated). When this happens, the session id should be regenerated to prevent possible session fixations, which is not the case at the moment. • https://github.com/symfony/symfony/commit/7467bd7e3f888b333102bc664b5e02ef1e7f88b9 https://github.com/symfony/symfony/commit/dc356499d5ceb86f7cf2b4c7f032eca97061ed74 https://github.com/symfony/symfony/security/advisories/GHSA-m2wj-r6g3-fxfx • CWE-384: Session Fixation •

Symfony is a PHP framework for web and console applications and a set of reusable PHP components. The Symfony HTTP cache system, acts as a reverse proxy: It caches entire responses (including headers) and returns them to the clients. In a recent change in the `AbstractSessionListener`, the response might contain a `Set-Cookie` header. If the Symfony HTTP cache system is enabled, this response might bill stored and return to the next clients. An attacker can use this vulnerability to retrieve the victim's session. • https://github.com/symfony/symfony/commit/d2f6322af9444ac5cd1ef3ac6f280dbef7f9d1fb https://github.com/symfony/symfony/security/advisories/GHSA-h7vf-5wrv-9fhv https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2023/07/msg00014.html • CWE-285: Improper Authorization •
