RSA BSAFE Crypto-J versions prior to 6.2.5 are vulnerable to an Information Exposure Through Timing Discrepancy vulnerabilities during DSA key generation. A malicious remote attacker could potentially exploit those vulnerabilities to recover DSA keys. • https://www.dell.com/support/security/en-us/details/DOC-106556/DSA-2019-094-RSA-BSAFE&#174%3B-Crypto-J-Multiple-Security-Vulnerabilities https://www.oracle.com//security-alerts/cpujul2021.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuApr2021.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuapr2022.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpujul2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2021.html • CWE-203: Observable Discrepancy CWE-310: Cryptographic Issues •

In version 2.0.3 Apache Santuario XML Security for Java, a caching mechanism was introduced to speed up creating new XML documents using a static pool of DocumentBuilders. However, if some untrusted code can register a malicious implementation with the thread context class loader first, then this implementation might be cached and re-used by Apache Santuario - XML Security for Java, leading to potential security flaws when validating signed documents, etc. The vulnerability affects Apache Santuario - XML Security for Java 2.0.x releases from 2.0.3 and all 2.1.x releases before 2.1.4. • http://santuario.apache.org/secadv.data/CVE-2019-12400.asc?version=1&modificationDate=1566573083000&api=v2 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0804 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0805 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0806 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0811 https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/8e814b925bf580bc527d96ff51e72ffe5bdeaa4b8bf5b89498cab24c%40%3Cdev.santuario.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/edaa7edb9c58e5f5bd0c950f2b6232b62b15f5c44ad803e8728308ce%40%3Cdev.santuar • CWE-20: Improper Input Validation •

jQuery before 3.4.0, as used in Drupal, Backdrop CMS, and other products, mishandles jQuery.extend(true, {}, ...) because of Object.prototype pollution. A Prototype Pollution vulnerability was found in jquery. Untrusted JSON passed to the `extend` function could lead to modifying objects up the prototype chain, including the global Object. • https://github.com/isacaya/CVE-2019-11358 https://github.com/ossf-cve-benchmark/CVE-2019-11358 https://github.com/Snorlyd/https-nj.gov---CVE-2019-11358 http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00006.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00025.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/152787/dotCMS-5.1.1-Vulnerable-Dependencies.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/153237/RetireJS-CORS-Issue-Script-Execution.html http://packetstormsecurity.c • CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') CWE-1321: Improperly Controlled Modification of Object Prototype Attributes ('Prototype Pollution') •

When reading a specially crafted ZIP archive, the read method of Apache Commons Compress 1.7 to 1.17's ZipArchiveInputStream can fail to return the correct EOF indication after the end of the stream has been reached. When combined with a java.io.InputStreamReader this can lead to an infinite stream, which can be used to mount a denial of service attack against services that use Compress' zip package. • http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/105139 http://www.securitytracker.com/id/1041503 https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/0adb631517766e793e18a59723e2df08ced41eb9a57478f14781c9f7%40%3Cdev.tinkerpop.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/3565494c263dfeb4dcb2a71cb24d09a1ca285cd6ac74edc025a3af8a%40%3Ccommits.tinkerpop.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/35f60d6d0407c13c39411038ba1aca71d92595ed7041beff4d07f2ee%40%3Ccommits.tinkerpop.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/6c79965066c30d4e330e04d911d3761db41b82c89ae38d9a6b37a6f1%40%3Cdev.tinkerpop. • CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption CWE-835: Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') •
