CVE-2020-16166 – kernel: information exposure in drivers/char/random.c and kernel/time/timer.c
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-16166
The Linux kernel through 5.7.11 allows remote attackers to make observations that help to obtain sensitive information about the internal state of the network RNG, aka CID-f227e3ec3b5c. This is related to drivers/char/random.c and kernel/time/timer.c. El kernel de Linux versiones hasta 5.7.11, permite a atacantes remotos realizar observaciones que ayudan a obtener información confidencial sobre el estado interno de la red RNG, también se conoce como CID-f227e3ec3b5c. Esto está relacionado con los archivos drivers/char/random.c y kernel/time/timer.c A flaw was found in the Linux kernel. The generation of the device ID from the network RNG internal state is predictable. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2020-08/msg00009.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2020-08/msg00047.html https://arxiv.org/pdf/2012.07432.pdf https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=f227e3ec3b5cad859ad15666874405e8c1bbc1d4 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=c51f8f88d705e06bd696d7510aff22b33eb8e638 https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/f227e3ec3b5cad859ad15666874405e8c1bbc1d4 https://lists.debian& • CWE-200: Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor CWE-330: Use of Insufficiently Random Values •

CVE-2020-15953
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-15953
LibEtPan through 1.9.4, as used in MailCore 2 through 0.6.3 and other products, has a STARTTLS buffering issue that affects IMAP, SMTP, and POP3. When a server sends a "begin TLS" response, the client reads additional data (e.g., from a meddler-in-the-middle attacker) and evaluates it in a TLS context, aka "response injection." Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection') •
CVE-2020-15103 – Integer Overflow in FreeRDP
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-15103
In FreeRDP less than or equal to 2.1.2, an integer overflow exists due to missing input sanitation in rdpegfx channel. All FreeRDP clients are affected. The input rectangles from the server are not checked against local surface coordinates and blindly accepted. A malicious server can send data that will crash the client later on (invalid length arguments to a `memcpy`) This has been fixed in 2.2.0. As a workaround, stop using command line arguments /gfx, /gfx-h264 and /network:auto En FreeRDP versiones anteriores o igual a 2.1.2, se presenta un desbordamiento de enteros debido a una falta de saneamiento de entrada en el canal rdpegfx. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2020-09/msg00010.html https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/blob/616af2d5b86dc24c7b3e89870dbcffd841d9a535/ChangeLog#L4 https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/pull/6382 https://github.com/FreeRDP/FreeRDP/security/advisories/GHSA-4r38-6hq7-j3j9 https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2023/10/msg00008.html https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/6Y35HBHG2INICLSGCIKNAR7GCXEHQACQ https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list • CWE-122: Heap-based Buffer Overflow CWE-190: Integer Overflow or Wraparound CWE-680: Integer Overflow to Buffer Overflow •
