CVE-2019-16942 – jackson-databind: Serialization gadgets in org.apache.commons.dbcp.datasources.*
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-16942
A Polymorphic Typing issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind 2.0.0 through 2.9.10. When Default Typing is enabled (either globally or for a specific property) for an externally exposed JSON endpoint and the service has the commons-dbcp (1.4) jar in the classpath, and an attacker can find an RMI service endpoint to access, it is possible to make the service execute a malicious payload. This issue exists because of org.apache.commons.dbcp.datasources.SharedPoolDataSource and org.apache.commons.dbcp.datasources.PerUserPoolDataSource mishandling. • https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:3901 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0159 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0160 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0161 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0164 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0445 https://github.com/FasterXML/jackson-databind/issues/2478 https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-7255 https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/519eb0fd45642dcecd9ff74cb3e71c20a4753f7d82e2f07864b5108f%40%3Cdev. • CWE-200: Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor CWE-502: Deserialization of Untrusted Data •

https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-3740
RSA BSAFE Crypto-J versions prior to 6.2.5 are vulnerable to an Information Exposure Through Timing Discrepancy vulnerabilities during DSA key generation. A malicious remote attacker could potentially exploit those vulnerabilities to recover DSA keys. • https://www.dell.com/support/security/en-us/details/DOC-106556/DSA-2019-094-RSA-BSAFE®%3B-Crypto-J-Multiple-Security-Vulnerabilities https://www.oracle.com//security-alerts/cpujul2021.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuApr2021.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuapr2022.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpujul2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2021.html • CWE-203: Observable Discrepancy CWE-310: Cryptographic Issues •

RSA BSAFE Crypto-J versions prior to 6.2.5 are vulnerable to a Missing Required Cryptographic Step vulnerability. A malicious remote attacker could potentially exploit this vulnerability to coerce two parties into computing the same predictable shared key. • https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=SB10318 https://www.dell.com/support/security/en-us/details/DOC-106556/DSA-2019-094-RSA-BSAFE®%3B-Crypto-J-Multiple-Security-Vulnerabilities https://www.oracle.com//security-alerts/cpujul2021.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuApr2021.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuapr2022.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpujul2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2020.html https://www.oracle • CWE-325: Missing Cryptographic Step CWE-347: Improper Verification of Cryptographic Signature •
CVE-2018-15769
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2018-15769
RSA BSAFE Micro Edition Suite versions prior to 4.0.11 (in 4.0.x series) and versions prior to 4.1.6.2 (in 4.1.x series) contain a key management error issue. A malicious TLS server could potentially cause a Denial Of Service (DoS) on TLS clients during the handshake when a very large prime value is sent to the TLS client, and an Ephemeral or Anonymous Diffie-Hellman cipher suite (DHE or ADH) is used. • http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/105929 http://www.securitytracker.com/id/1042057 https://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2018/Nov/37 https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuapr2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpujan2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpujul2020.html https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2020.html https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/security-advisory/cpujul2019-5072835.html •
