CVE-2019-10086 – apache-commons-beanutils: does not suppresses the class property in PropertyUtilsBean by default
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-10086
In Apache Commons Beanutils 1.9.2, a special BeanIntrospector class was added which allows suppressing the ability for an attacker to access the classloader via the class property available on all Java objects. We, however were not using this by default characteristic of the PropertyUtilsBean. A flaw was found in the Apache Commons BeanUtils, where the class property in PropertyUtilsBean is not suppressed by default. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00007.html http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/201908.mbox/%3cC628798F-315D-4428-8CB1-4ED1ECC958E4%40apache.org%3e https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:4317 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0057 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0194 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0804 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0805 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0806 • CWE-502: Deserialization of Untrusted Data •
CVE-2019-13990 – libquartz: XXE attacks via job description
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-13990
initDocumentParser in xml/XMLSchedulingDataProcessor.java in Terracotta Quartz Scheduler through 2.3.0 allows XXE attacks via a job description. La función initDocumentParser en el archivo xml/XMLSchedulingDataProcessor.java en Quartz Scheduler de Terracotta hasta la versión 2.3.0, permite ataques de tipo XXE por medio de una descripción del trabajo. The Terracotta Quartz Scheduler is susceptible to an XML external entity attack (XXE) through a job description. This issue stems from inadequate handling of XML external entity (XXE) declarations in the initDocumentParser function within xml/XMLSchedulingDataProcessor.java. By enticing a victim to access a maliciously crafted job description (containing XML content), a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute an XXE attack on the targeted system. • https://confluence.atlassian.com/security/ssot-117-cve-2019-13990-xxe-xml-external-entity-injection-vulnerability-in-jira-service-management-data-center-and-jira-service-management-server-1295385959.html https://github.com/quartz-scheduler/quartz/issues/467 https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/172d405e556e2f1204be126bb3eb28c5115af91bcc1651b4e870bb82%40%3Cdev.tomee.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/1870324fea41ea68cff2fd1bf6ee2747432dc1d9d22a22cc681e0ec3%40%3Cdev.tomee.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/6b6e3480b19856365fb5e • CWE-611: Improper Restriction of XML External Entity Reference •
CVE-2019-11358 – jquery: Prototype pollution in object's prototype leading to denial of service, remote code execution, or property injection
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-11358
jQuery before 3.4.0, as used in Drupal, Backdrop CMS, and other products, mishandles jQuery.extend(true, {}, ...) because of Object.prototype pollution. A Prototype Pollution vulnerability was found in jquery. Untrusted JSON passed to the `extend` function could lead to modifying objects up the prototype chain, including the global Object. • https://github.com/isacaya/CVE-2019-11358 https://github.com/ossf-cve-benchmark/CVE-2019-11358 https://github.com/Snorlyd/https-nj.gov---CVE-2019-11358 http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00006.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00025.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/152787/dotCMS-5.1.1-Vulnerable-Dependencies.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/153237/RetireJS-CORS-Issue-Script-Execution.html http://packetstormsecurity.c • CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') CWE-1321: Improperly Controlled Modification of Object Prototype Attributes ('Prototype Pollution') •
CVE-2018-8013
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2018-8013
In Apache Batik 1.x before 1.10, when deserializing subclass of `AbstractDocument`, the class takes a string from the inputStream as the class name which then use it to call the no-arg constructor of the class. Fix was to check the class type before calling newInstance in deserialization. • http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/security-advisory/cpujul2018-4258247.html http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/security-advisory/cpuoct2018-4428296.html http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/104252 http://www.securitytracker.com/id/1040995 https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/r9e90b4d1cf6ea87a79bb506541140dfbf4801f4463a7cee08126ee44%40%3Ccommits.xmlgraphics.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/rc0a31867796043fbe59113fb654fe8b13309fe04f8935acb8d0fab19%40%3Ccommits.xmlgraphics.apache.org%3E https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2018 • CWE-502: Deserialization of Untrusted Data •
