CVE-2019-5798 – chromium-browser: Out of bounds read in Skia
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-5798
Lack of correct bounds checking in Skia in Google Chrome prior to 73.0.3683.75 allowed a remote attacker to perform an out of bounds memory read via a crafted HTML page. La falta de comprobación de límites correcta en Skia en Google Chrome antes de la versión 73.0.3683.75, permitió que un atacante remoto ejecutara una lectura de memoria fuera de límites por medio de una página HTML creada. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00002.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00029.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00084.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00085.html https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:1308 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:1309 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:1310 https://chromereleases.googleblog.com/2019/03/stable-ch • CWE-125: Out-of-bounds Read •
CVE-2019-1559 – 0-byte record padding oracle
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-1559
If an application encounters a fatal protocol error and then calls SSL_shutdown() twice (once to send a close_notify, and once to receive one) then OpenSSL can respond differently to the calling application if a 0 byte record is received with invalid padding compared to if a 0 byte record is received with an invalid MAC. If the application then behaves differently based on that in a way that is detectable to the remote peer, then this amounts to a padding oracle that could be used to decrypt data. In order for this to be exploitable "non-stitched" ciphersuites must be in use. Stitched ciphersuites are optimised implementations of certain commonly used ciphersuites. Also the application must call SSL_shutdown() twice even if a protocol error has occurred (applications should not do this but some do anyway). • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-03/msg00041.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-04/msg00019.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-04/msg00046.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-04/msg00047.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-05/msg00049.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00080.html http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/107174 https://access. • CWE-203: Observable Discrepancy CWE-325: Missing Cryptographic Step •
CVE-2019-7317 – libpng: use-after-free in png_image_free in png.c
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-7317
png_image_free in png.c in libpng 1.6.x before 1.6.37 has a use-after-free because png_image_free_function is called under png_safe_execute. La función png_image_free en el archivo png.c en libpng versiones 1.6.x anteriores a 1.6.37, presenta un uso de la memoria previamente liberada porque la función png_image_free_function es llamada bajo png_safe_execute. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00002.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00029.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-06/msg00084.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00038.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-08/msg00044.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/152561/Slackware-Security-Advisory-libpng-Updates.html http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/108098 https:/ • CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption CWE-416: Use After Free •
CVE-2018-17189 – httpd: mod_http2: DoS via slow, unneeded request bodies
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2018-17189
In Apache HTTP server versions 2.4.37 and prior, by sending request bodies in a slow loris way to plain resources, the h2 stream for that request unnecessarily occupied a server thread cleaning up that incoming data. This affects only HTTP/2 (mod_http2) connections. • http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/106685 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:3932 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:3933 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:3935 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:4126 https://httpd.apache.org/security/vulnerabilities_24.html https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/56c2e7cc9deb1c12a843d0dc251ea7fd3e7e80293cde02fcd65286ba%40%3Ccvs.httpd.apache.org%3E https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/84a3714f0878781f6ed84473d1a503d2cc382277e100450209231830%40%3Ccvs.httpd.apache • CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption •
CVE-2018-18313 – perl: Heap-based buffer read overflow in S_grok_bslash_N()
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2018-18313
Perl before 5.26.3 has a buffer over-read via a crafted regular expression that triggers disclosure of sensitive information from process memory. Perl, en versiones anteriores a la 5.26.3, tiene una sobrelectura de búfer mediante una expresión regular manipulada que desencadena la divulgación de información sensible de la memoria del proceso. • http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2019/Mar/49 http://www.securitytracker.com/id/1042181 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:0001 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2019:0010 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1646738 https://github.com/Perl/perl5/commit/43b2f4ef399e2fd7240b4eeb0658686ad95f8e62 https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/RWQGEB543QN7SSBRKYJM6PSOC3RLYGSM https://metacpan.org/changes/release/SHAY/perl-5.26.3 https://rt& • CWE-125: Out-of-bounds Read •
