CVE-2015-8980
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2015-8980
The plural form formula in ngettext family of calls in php-gettext before 1.0.12 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. La fórmula de forma plural en la familia de llamadas ngettext en php-gettext versiones anteriores a la versión 1.0.12, permite a atacantes remotos ejecutar código arbitrario. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-updates/2017-02/msg00015.html http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2016/Aug/76 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2017/01/18/4 http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/95754 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1367462 https://launchpad.net/php-gettext/trunk/1.0.12 https://lwn.net/Alerts/708838 • CWE-20: Improper Input Validation •
CVE-2005-4890
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2005-4890
There is a possible tty hijacking in shadow 4.x before 4.1.5 and sudo 1.x before 1.7.4 via "su - user -c program". The user session can be escaped to the parent session by using the TIOCSTI ioctl to push characters into the input buffer to be read by the next process. • http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2012/11/06/8 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2013/05/20/3 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2013/11/28/10 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2013/11/29/5 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2014/10/20/9 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2014/10/21/1 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2014/12/15/5 http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/201 • CWE-20: Improper Input Validation •

CVE-2019-14815 – kernel: heap-overflow in mwifiex_set_wmm_params() function of Marvell WiFi driver leading to DoS
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-14815
A vulnerability was found in Linux Kernel, where a Heap Overflow was found in mwifiex_set_wmm_params() function of Marvell Wifi Driver. Se encontró una vulnerabilidad en Linux Kernel, donde se encontró un desbordamiento de pila en la función mwifiex_set_wmm_params () del controlador Marvell Wifi. A vulnerability found in the Linux kernel's WMM implementation for Marvell WiFi-based hardware (mwifiex) could lead to a denial of service or allow arbitrary code execution. For this flaw to be executed, the attacker must be both local and privileged. There is no mitigation to this flaw. • https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0174 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0328 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0339 https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2019-14815 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=CVE-2019-14815 https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/7caac62ed598a196d6ddf8d9c121e12e082cac3a https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2020/03/msg00001.html https://lore.kernel.org/linux-wireless/20190828020751.13625-1-huangwenabc%40gmail.com https: • CWE-122: Heap-based Buffer Overflow CWE-787: Out-of-bounds Write •
CVE-2019-14814 – kernel: heap overflow in mwifiex_set_uap_rates() function of Marvell Wifi Driver leading to DoS
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-14814
There is heap-based buffer overflow in Linux kernel, all versions up to, excluding 5.3, in the marvell wifi chip driver in Linux kernel, that allows local users to cause a denial of service(system crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code. A flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s implementation of the Marvell wifi driver, which can allow a local user who has CAP_NET_ADMIN or administrative privileges to possibly cause a Denial Of Service (DOS) by corrupting memory and possible code execution. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00064.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-09/msg00066.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/154951/Kernel-Live-Patch-Security-Notice-LSN-0058-1.html http://packetstormsecurity.com/files/155212/Slackware-Security-Advisory-Slackware-14.2-kernel-Updates.html http://www.openwall.com/lists/oss-security/2019/08/28/1 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0174 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0328 • CWE-122: Heap-based Buffer Overflow CWE-787: Out-of-bounds Write •
