CVE-2019-11281 – RabbitMQ XSS attack
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-11281
Pivotal RabbitMQ, versions prior to v3.7.18, and RabbitMQ for PCF, versions 1.15.x prior to 1.15.13, versions 1.16.x prior to 1.16.6, and versions 1.17.x prior to 1.17.3, contain two components, the virtual host limits page, and the federation management UI, which do not properly sanitize user input. A remote authenticated malicious user with administrative access could craft a cross site scripting attack that would gain access to virtual hosts and policy management information. A vulnerability was found in the rabbitmq-server. • https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2020:0078 https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2021/07/msg00011.html https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/EEQ6O7PMNJKYFMQYHAB55L423GYK63SO https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/PYTGR3D5FW2O25RXZOTIZMOD2HAUVBE4 https://pivotal.io/security/cve-2019-11281 https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2019-11281 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1764329 • CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') •
CVE-2019-14287 – sudo 1.8.27 - Security Bypass
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-14287
In Sudo before 1.8.28, an attacker with access to a Runas ALL sudoer account can bypass certain policy blacklists and session PAM modules, and can cause incorrect logging, by invoking sudo with a crafted user ID. For example, this allows bypass of !root configuration, and USER= logging, for a "sudo -u \#$((0xffffffff))" command. • https://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/47502 https://github.com/n0w4n/CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/shallvhack/Sudo-Security-Bypass-CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/CMNatic/Dockerized-CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/axax002/sudo-vulnerability-CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/N3rdyN3xus/CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/DewmiApsara/CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/MariliaMeira/CVE-2019-14287 https://github.com/edsonjt81/CVE-2019-14287- https://github.com/SachinthaDeSilva-cmd& • CWE-267: Privilege Defined With Unsafe Actions CWE-755: Improper Handling of Exceptional Conditions •

GDAL through 3.0.1 has a poolDestroy double free in OGRExpatRealloc in ogr/ogr_expat.cpp when the 10MB threshold is exceeded. GDAL versiones hasta 3.0.1, presenta una vulnerabilidad de doble liberación de poolDestroy en la función OGRExpatRealloc en el archivo ogr/ogr_expat.cpp cuando se excede el umbral de 10 MB. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-11/msg00022.html https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=16178 https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/commit/148115fcc40f1651a5d15fa34c9a8c528e7147bb https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2019/11/msg00005.html https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2022/01/msg00004.html https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2022/09/msg00040.html https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message& • CWE-415: Double Free •
CVE-2019-17042 – rsyslog: heap-based overflow in contrib/pmcisconames/pmcisconames.c
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-17042
An issue was discovered in Rsyslog v8.1908.0. contrib/pmcisconames/pmcisconames.c has a heap overflow in the parser for Cisco log messages. The parser tries to locate a log message delimiter (in this case, a space or a colon), but fails to account for strings that do not satisfy this constraint. If the string does not match, then the variable lenMsg will reach the value zero and will skip the sanity check that detects invalid log messages. The message will then be considered valid, and the parser will eat up the nonexistent colon delimiter. In doing so, it will decrement lenMsg, a signed integer, whose value was zero and now becomes minus one. • http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-11/msg00031.html http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2019-11/msg00032.html https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/blob/v8-stable/ChangeLog https://github.com/rsyslog/rsyslog/pull/3883 https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2021/11/msg00030.html https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/KPNCHI7X2IEXRH6RYD6IDPR4PLB5RPC7 https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists& • CWE-20: Improper Input Validation CWE-122: Heap-based Buffer Overflow •

An issue was discovered in Rsyslog v8.1908.0. contrib/pmaixforwardedfrom/pmaixforwardedfrom.c has a heap overflow in the parser for AIX log messages. The parser tries to locate a log message delimiter (in this case, a space or a colon) but fails to account for strings that do not satisfy this constraint. If the string does not match, then the variable lenMsg will reach the value zero and will skip the sanity check that detects invalid log messages.
