Advantech iView versions prior to v5.7.03.6112 are vulnerable to directory traversal, which may allow an attacker to read sensitive files.

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to disclose sensitive information on affected installations of Advantech iView. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability.
The specific flaw exists within the CommandServlet class. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to disclose information in the context of SYSTEM.
