CVE-2020-3315 – Multiple Cisco Products Snort HTTP Detection Engine File Policy Bypass Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-3315
Multiple Cisco products are affected by a vulnerability in the Snort detection engine that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass the configured file policies on an affected system. The vulnerability is due to errors in how the Snort detection engine handles specific HTTP responses. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP packets that would flow through an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to bypass the configured file policies and deliver a malicious payload to the protected network. Múltiples productos de Cisco están afectados por una vulnerabilidad en el motor de detección Snort que podría permitir a un atacante remoto no autenticado omitir las políticas de archivos configuradas sobre un sistema afectado. • https://lists.debian.org/debian-lts-announce/2023/02/msg00011.html https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-snort_filepolbypass-m4X5DgOP https://www.debian.org/security/2023/dsa-5354 • CWE-668: Exposure of Resource to Wrong Sphere CWE-693: Protection Mechanism Failure •
CVE-2020-3313 – Cisco Firepower Management Center Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-3313
A vulnerability in the web UI of Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack against a user of the web-based management interface of the FMC Software. The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input by the web-based management interface. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by persuading a user of the interface to click a crafted link. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the interface or to access sensitive, browser-based information. • https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-fmcxss-UT3bMx9k • CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') •
CVE-2020-3311 – Cisco Firepower Management Center Open Redirect Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2020-3311
A vulnerability in the web interface of Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to redirect a user to a malicious web page. The vulnerability is due to improper input validation of HTTP request parameters. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by intercepting and modifying an HTTP request from a user. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to redirect the user to a specific malicious web page. Una vulnerabilidad en la interfaz web del Cisco Firepower Management Center (FMC) Software, podría permitir a un atacante remoto no autenticado redireccionar a un usuario hacia una página web maliciosa. • https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-fmc-webredirect-TcFgd42y • CWE-601: URL Redirection to Untrusted Site ('Open Redirect') •
CVE-2019-1982 – Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Software HTTP Filtering Bypass Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-1982
A vulnerability in the HTTP traffic filtering component of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Software, Cisco FirePOWER Services Software for ASA, and Cisco Firepower Management Center Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass filtering protections. The vulnerability is due to improper handling of HTTP requests, including those communicated over a secure HTTPS connection, that contain maliciously crafted headers. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending malicious requests to an affected device. An exploit could allow the attacker to bypass filtering and deliver malicious requests to protected systems, allowing attackers to deliver malicious content that would otherwise be blocked. • https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-20190816-ftd- • CWE-264: Permissions, Privileges, and Access Controls CWE-276: Incorrect Default Permissions •
CVE-2019-1981 – Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Software NULL Character Obfuscation Detection Bypass Vulnerability
https://notcve.org/view.php?id=CVE-2019-1981
A vulnerability in the normalization functionality of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Software, Cisco FirePOWER Services Software for ASA, and Cisco Firepower Management Center Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass filtering protections. The vulnerability is due to insufficient normalization of a text-based payload. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending traffic that contains specifically obfuscated payloads through an affected device. An exploit could allow the attacker to bypass filtering and deliver malicious payloads to protected systems that would otherwise be blocked.
